About
Blueprint Sales Architects was built from a simple belief: sales systems should make a business easier to manage — not more complicated.

Highlights
The story
He started in residential new home sales, then progressed into sales management and executive sales & marketing leadership. He has led teams and multi-location sales organizations, managed significant revenue responsibility, and built the processes, training systems and recruiting infrastructure that make sales repeatable.
Along the way, he implemented CRM systems, developed demand generation programs, and led both marketing and sales strategy for large national organizations and smaller entrepreneurial companies. That range matters: he has seen what works at scale, and he has seen what happens when a company is growing fast but its sales process is still being invented every morning.
"I've been the salesperson. I've managed the salesperson. I've built the sales department. I've managed the marketing. And I've been accountable for the number."
That experience shapes how he works with owners. He doesn't start with a textbook or a generic sales methodology. He starts with how your business actually sells today — then figures out what's working, what's broken and what needs to become repeatable.
He understands the difference between having a sales process on paper and actually getting salespeople to use it.
